Welcome to the website for exchange students at Lingnan (University)College, Sun Yat-sen University.   Lingnan (University)College is originated from Lingnan University, a private university established in the late 19th century, and  was reestablished in 1989 within Sun Yat-sen University. Now, Lingnan has become one of the leading schools in the study of economics and management in China.   Internationalization is the unique trademark of Lingnan. Currently, Lingnan has established collaboration with more than 40 renowned partner schools  from more than 20 countries and regions covering all levels of exchanges including undergraduate, graduate, MBA student exchanges.  List of student exchange partners can be found at:

  Lingnan receives more than 100 exchange students from all over the world each academic year. Exchange students will be eligible to the English-taught courses at Lingnan, including Lingnan’s IMBA program, a first English-taught MBA program in China and is in collaboration with MIT Sloan School of Management. Furthermore, China Business Study is a special course designed for exchange students to have a general knowledge of how China business operates. Chinese Language courses are also offered for those who are interested in learning Chinese.   Lingnan accepts exchange students nominated by partner schools. As a nominated exchange student, the tuition is waived at Lingnan but student will continue to pay tuition to their home university.   Each semester, we also have limited slots for free-mover students who are seeking for study abroad opportunities at Lingnan. Free-mover students will need to pay tuition fee according their study level (Undergraduate or master) to Sun Yat-sen University.
